Simple Exercise Tracker, does exactly what you would suppose. It keeps a record of your exercises and progress. SET is designed to be easy to understand and as intuitive as possible. The goal is to encourage customers to go to the gym and get in shape. Once there, exercises are added to the app and data is recorded with each workout. The number of sets, repetitions and weights used is filed away to be brought up when the exercise is performed again. Having this information at hand makes it easier to program the amount of difficulty to be added to the new workout. That’s it! There are no videos, flashing lights or dancing leprechauns.
